One of the newest programs for BCLS, LEGOs in the Library, has quickly hit a home run with families of all ages. Sharon Fashion, Deputy Director and Youth Services Coordinator, established the LEGO program with a grant provided through the South Carolina State Library from the Lego Systems, Inc. and Association for Library Services to Children. The first program was held at the Moncks Corner Library on March 30th 2015 drawing 20 children and 11 adults. Since then, families search out this program and drive to different branches monthly to attend.
