The Teen Hangout @Your Library is a time for teens to have fun, learn something new, and hang out with friends while crafting, gaming, building, and creating. You never know what to expect at The Hangout, but you can definitely count on having a good time.
This program is designed for students in grades 6th – 12th.
An ancient form of exercise for all ages using slow, smooth body movements. Tai Chi is particularly effective in healing, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems, and disease prevention. It can boost energy and balance, as well as sharpen reflexes and one’s overall sense of well-being.

Join a group of coloring enthusiasts for a relaxing couple of hours of coloring and chatting. Grab your favorite adult coloring book and bring it with you, or color with materials provided by the library.
Tuesdays, 1 – 3 pm
For beginning or “rusty” adults and teens who want to learn to play in a group setting. Prior recorder or other musical experience not required. Reading music is also not a prerequisite. You should be able to play several pieces within a few weeks.
